Mark has over 25 years experience in the industry with the bulk of his time spent as a chartered surveyor and project manager acting directly for commercial and retail end user clients.

Carl Austin – Director

Carl has over 20 years experience largely on the delivery side of the business again predominantly to end user commercial corporate organisations.

Melissa Gaff – Designer/Space Planner

With a degree in Interior Architecture & Design, Melissa’s role includes full in house design, visualisation and space planning services together with site surveys either on a stand alone basis or as part of our overall turnkey service.

Together as a management team we are able to understand the needs of all aspects of property and can adapt and provide a solution to best deliver a Clients requirements. With our partnering suppliers we can provide a full turnkey service bringing together all aspects of a buildings needs including mechanical/air conditioning, power, data and lighting together with structural and non structural building works and all finishing trades. We are also able to deliver space planning, furniture supply and installation and move management services allowing us to be truly capable of turnkey installations. From our offices/showroom and stores in Kent we are able to serve all parts of the South East and beyond. We are adept and used to putting teams together to service a clients needs anywhere in the UK.
